  • Manage project programmes, budgets and resources, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, cost parameters and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors to ensure safe, compliant and efficient execution of works.

  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety, quality and environmental standards, driving a proactive and prevention‑focused culture on site.
  • Oversee change control, risk management and issue resolution, maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Ensure all works are delivered in compliance with building regulations, contract requirements and Sensori / Sisk governance procedures.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, including programmes, method statements, risk assessments, progress reports and handover documentation.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a CSA Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer role, ideally within a Tier 1 main contractor, specialist contractor or facilities‑led environment.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering CSA packages on complex projects such as commercial buildings, healthcare, data centres, residential or large‑scale refurbishment works.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, interfaces and coordination in live or operational environments.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, controlling programme and cost, and delivering projects under demanding stakeholder and operational constraints.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and teams effectively.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Professional accreditation or working towards membership of a recognised professional body (e.g. Engineers Ireland, CIOB) is advantageous.
  • Safe Pass and relevant Health & Safety training (e.g. SMSTS, IOSH or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction standards, including BCAR where applicable.
