At Sisk, we create places and infrastructure that shape how people live, work and connect – now and for future generations. As a family‑owned, international construction and engineering group, we offer meaningful careers across building, infrastructure, rail, energy and off‑site manufacturing throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe, where people are supported to grow, make an impact and be part of positive change.
We are currently looking for a Sustainability Reporting Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract who will lead sustainability reporting and assurance for the Group during a maternity leave period. This role ensures the organisation meets all external reporting, regulatory, and compliance obligations, including Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements, with high-quality, consistent, and audit-ready disclosures.
Operating at Group level, this role works closely across all Sisk companies and cross-functional teams to coordinate and manage reporting processes and support external assurance requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for sustainability reporting obligations, client requests, ESG ratings and submissions, and ongoing sustainability data and systems projects.
This position reports to the Group Sustainability Director and includes line management responsibility for a Sustainability Analyst.
