This Expression of Interest (EOI) form is for employees who are interested in exploring opportunities in different parts of the business. This may include a move to a different business unit or function either within your current country or abroad. The form helps us understand your interests, experience and career aspirations so that we can consider potential internal mobility opportunities that may align with your skills and ambitions. As part of your submission, you will be asked to upload your current CV and provide details of the areas of the business you would be interested in moving to.

Once you have submitted the form and your CV, a member of the Recruitment Team will contact you to discuss this in more detail. This conversation will help us better understand the type of move you are seeking, identify any suitable opportunities that may be available now or in the future and offer an opportunity to ask any questions.  In addition, they will discuss the next steps in the process.

Submitting an Expression of Interest does not constitute an application for a specific role and does not guarantee a transfer or appointment but is the first step in exploring new opportunities elsewhere within the company.
