At Sisk, we create places and infrastructure that shape how people live, work and connect – now and for future generations. As a family‑owned, international construction and engineering group, we offer meaningful careers across building, infrastructure, rail, energy and off‑site manufacturing throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe, where people are supported to grow, make an impact and be part of positive change.
Are you a newly qualified craft professional or someone with experience in construction or people supervision looking to take the next step in your career? Sisk is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Assistant Supervisor Programme in Dublin, Limerick and across Europe.
Our structured two-year BUILD Programme is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge and hands-on experience needed to progress from a craft or site-based role into site supervision. You'll work alongside experienced project teams, support the management of onsite trade professionals, help implement Sisk policies, and contribute to the successful delivery of major construction projects. Through a combination of workshops, on-site learning and mentorship from experienced supervisors, you'll develop the leadership and technical capabilities needed to build a rewarding career with Sisk across Ireland and Europe.
